Philip is a small-scale permaculture-oriented farmer and forager from the south of Québec. In the past five years, he co-organized two permaculture courses, offered many mycology workshops in different settings, ran a small market-garden and foraging business, and gained experience in cooking wild and local northern foods.Workshop: "Mushroom cultivation"
Cathrine is a permaculture diploma holder, a trained diploma tutor and a board member of Permaculture Denmark. Her background in geography, extensive travels and working within governmental and non-governmental sectors has given her experiences with especially poverty, gender, community development, ethnic minorities and the environment in a global context. Charlotte Lou Langdon
Charlotte is a diploma apprentice and has been working actively with people based design since 2013. Lou has designed her "right livelihood and poly-income" and her "path to becoming a great permaculture teacher" as part of her ongoing diploma work. Vilde Bier i Danmark
Vilde Bier i Danmark is a non-profit organization, working to spread knowledge about bumblebees and other wild bees, and ensure improvement of their living conditions in Denmark.Workshops: "Presentation: Wild bees" & "Hands-On: Insect hotel"
Jais finished his Permaculture Design Course in 2013 and his studies "Nature and Cultural Heritage Management" in 2018. He has been promoting the idea to use moss as a mean for understanding our dependence of Nature and how plant segregation is a part of our evolutionary history. Furthermore, Jais used to produce tv-programmes with topics such as climate change, permaculture and urban farming. Workshops: "Hands-On: Moss Gardening" & "Presentation: More Moss"
Roland Stanbridge / Naturskyddsföreningen i Nora
Roland from Naturskyddsföreningen i Nora is a retired journalist and journalism lecturer. He has a PDC and recently took an eight month course in agroecology. The association is working on a project with a local primary school with about 110 pupils, where they are converting the somewhat dull playground into an edible playground, with a herb garden, vegetable gardens, fruit trees, and a substantial forest garden.Workshop: "School gardening project"
Felipe Hoffmann (Sagar)
Felipe is an Environmental Engineer from Brazil. He started in Permaculture in 2004 and is involved in working with nature, implementing ecological sanitation systems with local treatment, bioconstructions, holding workshops at Morada Ekoa, a family project, as well as lectures on themes related to work with Nature sharing his passions in Chile, Uruguay, New Zealand, South Africa, Hawaii, Ireland, Portugal and Norway.Workshops: "Living Water Systems"
Kristiane Ravn Frost
Kristiane has taught food, lifestyle and personal development since 1982 primarily in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Usa.She learned sociocracy at SoFA (Sociocracy for all) in the spring of 2017 and has since then participated in developing SoFA’s facilitator program as well as been a major part of developing new organisational formats for GEN (Global ecovillage Network) Europe, and LØS (Landsforeningen for Økosamfund) in Denmark.Workshops: "Sociocracy" & "Design a life on your own terms"
René Kilian / Kilian Water
René graduated from Agricultural University in Wageningen, Holland. He made his firstworkshops on wastewater in Scotland / Findhorn together with Patrick Whitefield in 1996, and has built and designed constructed wetlands and reedbed systems since 1997.Workshop: "Handling of waste water"
Kasper has has practiced forest gardening since 2015 on his own lot in Denmark. This progressed to a small nursery focused on perennial edibles, and a series of forest gardening workshops. Since then he's traveled in England to see and work in more forest garden systems. In 2018 he started a new commercial forest garden in conjunction with a glamping project in Norway. Currently, he's doing a Bachelor as an outdoor guide in Norway.Workshop: "Introduction to forest gardens"
Jesper is a permaculture diploma holder and has been working with permaculture as teacher, planner, designer and consultant for more than 40 years. His main qualifications and fields of experience lie within ecology and sustainable development, environmental planning, international project development and non-formal education. Karoline Nolsø Aaen & Tycho Holcomb
Karoline & Tycho are both Diploma holders living on the LAND Center Permakulturhaven Myrrhis. Karoline has a background in biology with a focus on ecology & processes in soil. Tycho has years of experience in gardening and vegetable production in Northern ecosystems. They teach courses and give talks about sustainable gardening, edible plants and much more. Chelar Ali & Victoria
Chelar Ali, 24, studying horticulture with a focus on regenerative agriculture and permaculture. She spends most of her time experimenting with herbal medicine, fermentation and wild foraging.Victoria, 24, studying landscape architecture and making it an excuse to travel, primarily focusing on sustainable and regenerative initiatives. Main hobby is to cook and ferment foods and generally experiment withbio-fabrication.Workshops: "Wild foraging" & "Fermentation"
Steen Nørhede / Landsforeningen for økosamfund
Steen is an educated agronomist and a PDC holder from Ridgedale. Currently, he is working as a consultant for small farms. Steen is also a member of the board in the National association for ecovillages (Landsforeningen for økosamfund). He lives on an organic/permaculture farm with his family. They have a large permaculture garden, electricity from wind, a battery bank and an emergency generator running on plant oil.Their dream is to create an ecovillage at their farm.Workshop: "Ecovillages"
Mira Illeris & Esben Schultz
Mira & Esben are very active in the Scandinavian permaculture movement. They are both educated organic farmers, diploma holders, writers of "Bogen om Permakultur" and initiators of a permaculture area/farm at Svanholm Storkollektiv with housing, straw bale houses and forest garden. Furthermore, they teach permaculture design courses, forest garden courses and building workshops.Workshop: "Svanholm Permaculture Agriculture"
Preben is a certified QiGong instructor and is in charge of waking up our bodies every morning at the festival. He has been practising Taiji and QiGong for 10 years. QiGong brings calmness and improves the concentration and balance. The training is open for everyone. Besides practising QiGong, Preben works at a social psychiatric safe haven in Silkeborg and is a performing artist.
Kirsten is a family therapist, mediator and Certified Trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication, through which she has led NVC trainings in Europe, Asia and the United States. Her passion is to contribute to the personal development that enables people to move closer to conflicts and to grow relational competencies. Tine Sædholm Pedersen / Omstilling Ry

Zac has 16 years of experience in the building industry in New Zealand and Australia. Both the hign end conventional and creativesides of construction. He has always had a real passion for natural building. He has spent time traveling around communities and researching the shapes, the numbers and process by which peace, productivity and prosperity can be reached.Workshops: "How to build with less more efficiently" & "The political structure of community, beginning with the family"
Sarah from Ireland recently completed her Masters’s thesis for which she did research with the permaculture movement in Denmark. Her thesis entitled “Revolution Disguised as Gardening?” considered what a permacultural society might look like, strategies for how we get there, and the ways in which permaculture can be read as political action. She has a background in feminist, environmental, and anarchist activism.Workshop: "Visioning a permaculture society"
Hamda is a public health professional, originally from Somalia but raised in Denmark from the age of 7. She has worked within the reproductive health in Somalia and recently returned home to Denmark. Tove is the founder of the association Vijana Wetu, which is building up ´Banda River Permaculture Demonstration Center´ in a village near Lake Victoria in West Kenya. It´s a youth project, which aim to provide food security and health, create income and give resistance to climate change through their activities. Rubén is a biologist, originally from Spain, he has been living in Copenhagen and been involved in Byhaven2200. Furthermore, he is a board member of Permaculture Denmark and was one of two who organised the annual meeting at Fejø this year..
